Ingredients.
1 litre full fat milk .. + 1/4cup for mixing custard powder…
1/2 cup sugar ..
1/2 cup coloured vermicellies…
2 tbs vanila flavour custard or cornflour…
1 cup dairy cream…
1 tin Cocktail fruits… or as per desired..
Mix flavoured jellies as per choice and taste, chilled and settled in desired shape . 2 to 3 tbs each .. .
2 tbs almonds and pistachios or as per choice ..

In a deep bottom pan add milk and bring to boil ..then add in sugar, dissolve it and stir in coloured vermicellies.. let it cook until tender. meanwhile prepare all jellies and leave until set or firm … now mix custard or cornflour in milk ..while vermicellies will be tender add in cooked vermicellies..let it cook little on low flame , until thickened…remove from heat, mix in chopped nuts …
Now let it cool on room temperature… after cooling vermicellies add in dairy cream + mix canned fruit(strain it’s syrup) .. now layer with different jellies .. yummiliciuos labe sheereen is ready.. keep in the refrigerator for good result and taste … serve chilled…
